BUSINESS ETIQUETTE WORKSHOP

BUSINESS ETIQUETTE WORKSHOP

 RATIONALE

Good etiquette is vital in today’s business. Globalization means that employees are more likely to interact with people from different countries, regions and cultures in the course of their work. Adherence to shared etiquette, principles and protocol in the workplace otherwise known as Business Etiquette can facilitate working relationships, enhance business dealings, reduce stress and encourage productivity by bringing parties together. Training employees to practice good business etiquette can bring about a comfortable working environment as well as huge clientele base. Smart leaders recognize that inappropriate employee behaviour inside or outside the office may cost an organisation dearly. Providing your staff with the tools and knowledge they need, from practical workplace etiquette to learning how to handle  lunch meetings with clients, or closing a deal on an international business trip, can make all the difference in positively impacting the both the individual and the organization at large. This course will help its participants understand the practices and unwritten “rules” of business etiquette that will facilitate working relationships, enhance business dealings, reduce stress and increase productivity.
