RATIONALE

This course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge of how to develop project objectives, project requirements, project planning, implementation, management and review. Benefits accruable from attending the course include knowledge of how to structure and plan projects,  fix time frames and assign tasks, project performance monitoring and management, building teams , contingency strategies, negation strategies and problem solving.
