RATIONALE

Research has shown that innovation of business models can create up to 25 times the competitive advantage compared to product and process innovation.  Today, countless innovative business models are emerging with new industries forming while the old ones crumble. New innovation start-ups are challenging the old ones, some of whom are struggling to reinvent themselves.

Business Model Innovation is about creating value, for companies, customers and society. It is about replacing outdated models. How do you imagine your organisation’s business model might look in two, five or seven years from now? Will you be among the dominant players? Will you face competitors brandishing formidable new business models? How can you turn a promising idea into a successful enterprise? It is all in evaluating and articulating the opportunity. Whether you want to launch a start-up or pitch a growth initiative at your organization, the path to success involves mapping out your idea and defining a sustainable business model. Therefore, this course will help its participants improve on their business models and launch their ideas into a formal plan.

Personality Assessment Test: We conduct Personality Assessment Test on all our Course participants to help them understand their personality traits and dispositions.

 

At the end of the workshop, participants in addition, will be able to:
