Contingency Planning and Crisis Management is widely considered to be an essential role of public authorities thereby leading to lack of proper planning towards uneventful occurrences.
Research has shown that the way an organisation prepares for and responds to an emerging critical incident can have a huge impact on its long term sustainability and brand value.
