There is a general saying that, “the only thing constant in life is change”, and because we live in a highly dynamic world and organizations which are faced with continually changing environments, it is ideal that we encourage change as a key and critical element to human existence.

Organizations whether micro, small, medium scale or large scale, must embrace change if they are to experience organizational efficiency and increased productivity. Changing environment sometimes necessitates organizational restructuring. This course is designed for those occupying leadership positions with responsibility of effecting and managing change within their organizations.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:


Personality Assessment Test: We conduct Personality Assessment Test on all our Course participants to help them understand their personality traits and dispositions.

 

At the end of the workshop, participants in addition, will be able to:

  • Understanding the nature, types and dynamics of change, managing planned versus emergent change under risks and uncertainty.
  • The effect of competitive pressures, strategic choices, technology change, etc. framing the issues.
  • Understanding organisational culture and internal processes.
  • Understanding and communicating the need for change, managing resistance to change.
  • Change management and implementation strategies and techniques.
