Information is crucial to every organisation and when this information is communicated in writing, the quality of such communications can have a significant impact on business performance and decision making.
Every written business communication for a business partner or client needs to be professional. Whether it is written business proposals, reports, agendas or emails, knowing the structure, content and style of the writing are immensely important in creating a well-developed business documents. Effective business writing is concise, accurate, unambiguous, logical and easily understood. Poorly written business documents can produce unintended results and disastrous consequences. On the other hand, business documents when well organised, well chosen and well written increases the chances of effective business communication and positive business outcomes.
