RATIONALE
Office Management is a profession involving the design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the process of work within an office or organization, in order to maintain and improve efficiency and productivity. Personal competencies useful in Office Management are: problem solving skills, good decision making abilities, integrity, resourcefulness, creativity, assertiveness, flexibility, and the ability to cope with pressure. An Office Manager is responsible for monitoring and reviewing systems, usually focusing on specific outcomes such as improved timescales, turnover, output, and sales, amongst others. They may supervise or manage a team of administrators, allocating roles, recruiting/training, and issuing assignments and projects.
An effective and well run office is absolutely crucial to business success. Poorly organised offices result in innumerable distractions for executives and managers, leaving them unable to contribute at normal levels thereby resulting in unachieved business goals. Therefore, this course will teach its participants the various key office practices and how they will build on their skills and knowledge to promote greater confidence in the office environment as well as drive organizational goals.

Personality Assessment Test: We conduct Personality Assessment Test on all our Course participants to help them understand their personality traits and dispositions.
At the end of the programme, participants in addition, should be able to:
