Godwin Kingsley

Godwin Kingsley is a Business Development and Non-profit Management consultant and trainer with experience spanning 8 years.
He is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the institute of Management Consultants, a fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative, Regional Leadership Center Emerging Leaders Program, an African Change Makers Fellow and a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum.

Godwin has earned a Bachelor of Education Degree in Social Studies from University of Abuja. He is certified in the Building a Business Course by Santa Clara University, California, Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship; certified Human Resource and Strategic Planning by the US Small Business Administration and also certified in the USAID Leadership, Management and Governance Project among several others.

Godwin established Seal Resource Firm in 2012. As a Managing Partner at Seal Resource Firm, he designs innovative solutions, helping the staff of various corporate organizations improve their workplace efficiency and effectiveness. As a seasoned consultant, with broad range expertise, he develops strategic and innovative helping startups, corporations, public institutions and international organizations achieve peak performance, productivity, growth and sustainability.
In the past, Godwin Kingsley has built extensive work in West Africa especially Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone. Working as the Regional Program Officer of the West Africa Civil Society Forum, he facilitated trainings and co-managed development projects on democracy, governance, social justice, human rights and other areas of sustainable development with development partners such as European Union, ECOWAS, Ford Foundation, Plan International, Oxfam and Action Aid. Godwin is also a member of the board of trustees at World Impact Development Foundation.

Godwin Kingsley has a proven track record as a management consultant with expertise in facilitating Leadership, Management, Business and Entrepreneurship Programs. Over the years, he has trained over 2000 persons through capacity building programs for corporate organizations both in the private, public and nonprofit, sector. He has facilitated over fifty workshops, seminars and spoken in several high-level conferences and coaching platforms. He has appeared on major media platforms such as the Nigerian Television Authority, African Independent Television and TVC.
Godwin Kingsley is a recipient of the Transformers Hub International Award for phenomenal impact and contribution towards transforming lives and empowering communities in Africa and beyond. He is also a recipient of the Uni Caribbean Business School ‘‘International African Quality Award’’ for contribution to human capital development and a recipient of the National Unity Merit Awards for commitment to Nation Building among several others.
